Guy provides legal services regarding all tax matters, including income tax, international taxation and Value Added Tax. Guy specializes in providing tax advice and planning as well as international taxation, providing legal opinions, seeing through assessment hearings, receiving tax benefits as per the various encouragement laws, managing appeals and handling motions for voluntary disclosure.
Guy advises hundreds of investors and businesspeople on their international activities including in the United States, Europe and the Far East. Guy also serves as tax advisor for some of the largest companies in the Israeli industry that in the retail sector, high-tech, bio-tech and traditional industries and has enjoyed great success in complex tax plans, restructuring and representation before the Tax Authorities and the courts of law.
In addition, Guy serves as legal advisor for dozens of CPA firms regarding all tax matters which their clients encounter.
Guy is a member of a subcommittee of the Tax Committee on behalf of the Institute for Certified Public Accountants in Israel and gives course lectures on tax and international taxation. In addition, Guy is a member of several committees of the Israeli Bar Association, including the International Taxation Committee, Income Tax Committee and Indirect Taxes Committee.
Guy previously worked in one of the Big 4’s tax departments and later in a well-known law firm’s tax department.
Guy has written several articles and professional publications on tax laws and gives lectures on tax issues at attorneys’ and accountants’ advanced studies and in the academy.
Guy speaks Hebrew and English.

Adv. Tal Ben-Moshe
Tal provides legal services regarding Israeli and international taxation matters. Tal specializes in providing tax advice and planning as well as international taxation, providing legal opinions, seeing through assessment hearings, managing appeals and handling motions for voluntary disclosure.
Tal has extensive experience in providing tax advice regarding real estate transactions, including the sale of residential dwellings, Tama 38 deals and urban renewal, advising group purchase organizations, dwellings allocation proceedings in the kibbutz sector and so forth.
Tal has particular expertise in court representation in tax-related proceedings including income tax, VAT and real-estate tax appeals.
Tal previously served as attorney in the fiscal department of the Tel-Aviv District Attorney’s office (Civil) where he represented the Tax Authorities in the courts of law.
He later worked in a Tel-Aviv law firm’s tax department for several years.
Tal has written several articles and professional publications on tax laws and gives lectures on tax matters to attorneys, accountants and additional professional audiences.
Tal is a member of the Bar Association’s Tax Committee.
Tal speaks Hebrew and English.
